Vice President Of Human Resources
In search of a talented and experienced individual. This position will be responsible for the leadership, direction, and oversight of the human resources department. These duties include hiring, HR compliance, employee relations, and compensation/benefits administration. The ideal candidate should be an experienced team builder, with great communication skills, who is highly motivated and strives to make the Credit Union the best place to work.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, Master’s degree and HR certifications are preferred.
